This is a research project that aims to improve the communication experience between young people with chronic conditions (aged 12-16 years), their parents/caregivers and clinicians, such as doctors and nurses, who have experience with paediatric emergency medicine.
By leveraging the power of design and technology, we aim to co-design a digital solution to improve this communication experience - and we need your help!
